Can I place an order if I have an issue ordering online?

Absolutely! You can contact us directly via email to place your order or let us know of any issues you've noticed on our website.

Will I know the status of my order? 

Most definitely! Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming the order. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped, and a tracking number will be provided to you (should you opt for that service - charges applicable).

Do you accept cash-on-delivery/self pick-up?

We do not accept any cash-on-delivery or self pick-up services at the moment.  

 

Are all your products readily available?

We try our best to keep all products in stock. However, for those items that parents just love and keep running out of stock, we will accept pre-orders**.
